Our Team

We have assembled a rockstar, multidisciplinary team with expertise in leadership, design thinking, ideating, synthesizing, building, failing (smartly), meditating, and the list goes on. We represent ten nationalities spanning four continents.

Although our backgrounds are diverse, we all share the conviction to spread empathy, compassionate leadership, and human-centered innovation around the world. We treasure our work, approaching it with huge doses of dedication, rigorousness and, above all, love.

We are a team of passionate educators, coaches, academics, and creatives who live, breathe, and salivate innovation training. We hold a deep trust that our novel and practical training and innovation philosophy has the power to disrupt entire industries in radically positive ways. We’ve seen it with our own eyes, and sensed it in our skin. We've seen that creatively confident employees are willing to push for progressive, transformational design-driven change.

It is our strong belief that firms, which are willing and able to adopt agile and flexible mindsets and leadership perspectives, and which are open to uncertainty and complexity, will emerge as industry leaders. Those who are not will eventually go out of existence.

During the past decade, our team members—who collectively hold over seventy years of innovation training experience—have worked with many global corporations, governments, and nonprofit organizations in over 20 countries. Some of these organizations include DNB Bank, Telenor, Norwegian University of Science & Technology, Norwegian School of Economics, Stanford University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, LG, Samsung, Presidency of Korea, Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology, Total, Tryg, TV2, Tine, Geno, Baker Hughes, Bergen Kommune, SINTEF, NHO, and Innovation Norway.
