We've assembled a rockstar, multidisciplinary Design Thinking team with expertise in doing, training, ideating, building, synthesising, and failing (smartly). Our team represents eleven different nationalities. We all share the passion to spread the Stanford University and Silicon Valley mindset.
We are a team of passionate educators, coaches, academics, and creatives who live, breathe, and salivate innovation training. We hold a deep trust that our novel and practical training and innovation philosophy has the power to disrupt entire industries in radically positive ways. We’ve seen it with our own eyes, and sensed it in our skin. We've seen that creatively confident employees are willing to push for progressive, transformational design-driven change.
It is our strong belief that firms, which are willing and able to adopt agile and flexible mindsets and leadership perspectives, and which are open to uncertainty and complexity, will emerge as industry leaders. Those who are not will eventually go out of existence.
During the past decade, our team members—who collectively hold over seventy years of innovation training experience—have worked with many global corporations, governments, and nonprofit organizations in over 20 countries.
